Deena Nyer Mendlowitz is the creator and host of the live comedy talk show “Mental Illness and Friends,” a late-night talk show with an opening monologue, guests, and recurring segments. Guests have included everyone from comedians to musicians, film directors, and television writers. Join us in observing Mental Health Month with laughter and a deeper appreciation of mental health challenges.

Who is Ken Schneck??? Mental Illness and Friends at The Maltz Museum is so excited to have Ken Schneck as one of our guests.
Ken is a professor of education at Baldwin Wallace University. He published “Seriously…What Am I Doing Here? The Adventures of a Wondering and Wandering Gay Jew” in 2017, “LGBTQ Cleveland” in 2018, and “LGBTQ Columbus in 2019. His mom is very surprised that he is single. Ken is a hilarious and heartfelt storyteller.
