Join us for the opening night of Beachwood’s annual “Food, Fun & Fashion Week” as Sean Martin, Associate Curator of Jewish History for the Western Reserve Historical Society presents “A Twentieth Century Story: The Garment Industry in Northeast Ohio.” Martin discusses the impact and legacy of the garment industry on the region. A light reception sponsored by the Beachwood High School Excel TECC Culinary Arts program follows.
Admission includes a pre-talk “Building the City” tour of the Museum, a chance to shop for jewelry by local artist Tobi Mattes, a chance to win a gift basket and 10% off purchases–including earrings, bracelets, necklaces and other fashionable finds–in the Museum Store.
