Thanksgiving is a time for all Americans, regardless of religious or ethnic background, to come together and give thanks for the blessings they have received. Join us for an interfaith celebration of our shared American heritage featuring fine arts performances and cultural sharing from religious and community organizations in Northeast Ohio. Arts and crafts activities, scavenger hunts, guided tours and snacks will be available throughout the afternoon.

1pm: Klezmer concert with The Temple-Tifereth Israel’s Klezmer U. Band featuring internationally-renowned violinist Steven Greenman
2pm: Native American Storyteller Robin Pease presents Touch the Earth, featuring Native American stories and traditions, including the Tuscarora Spirit of the Corn legend and the Cherokee’s tale of the First Strawberries
2pm: Guided Adult tours of Hardship to Hope and An American Story
3pm: Guided Family Tours of An American Story and The Temple-Tifereth Israel Gallery
4pm: Screening of the Academy-Award winning short film Molly’s Pilgrim, the story of a Russian-Jewish immigrant girl trying to find her place in America
