Light & Spice: A Hadalah Experience – A Maltz Mueseum Family Program
October 11 | 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Experience the traditions of Havdalah through hands-on exploration and creativity. In partnership with Mitzvah Workshops, participants will touch, smell, and learn about the ritual objects used to mark the close of Shabbat. Create your own braided Havdalah candle, fragrance holder, and spice bag, learn how to lead the Havdalah ceremony, and take home a full-color laminated Havdalah card to complete your kit.
