Fighting Antisemitism with Ballet: Oy, Mi Genté!

Discover how one Jewish dance artist is working to create an atmosphere of acceptance through ballet. Associate Professor of Dance at Kent State University, Jeffrey Marc Rockland, will share the history, inspiration, and culture behind Oy, Mi Genté! This unique ballet was the result of a collaboration between MASH Jerusalem Dance House and a technology partnership between the Dance Department and the Design and Innovation Hub at Kent State University. Participants will watch a recording of the ballet and hear from Rockland, along with students who have worked with him on the project.
