Jewish tradition has high expectations for self-refinement. To achieve our goals, traditions also offer guidance on self-care. Join us to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation. These stress reduction techniques help you to be more mindful to enhance relationships and manage feelings such as fear or anxiety. Sessions are guided by Steve Williger, a former trial lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Social Work (MSSA). Steve has been practicing meditation for 20+ years and is certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. He has led meditation sessions for legal professionals, colleges, social workers, therapists, first responders, and private groups.
Please note: Each program builds upon the work of prior events in this series. You may register for events individually but it is recommended to take them in sequence.
