The script for this classic comes from three great Jewish masters of cinema, George Kaufman, Morrie Ryskind and Bert Kalmar, based on the stage musical by great Jewish Broadway man, Harry Ruby and the whole production was led by the infamous Walter Wanger, a legendary Jewish figure in Hollywood production.
