Why membership matters:

Membership supports our mission to explore Jewish history, culture, and peoplehood with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

Rooted in the Jewish value, “respect for all humanity,” we use artifacts and objects to lift history out of books and into real life, telling the real life stories of Jewish boundary-breaking, trailblazing, agents of change who have defied odds to fight for freedom and equality in America and beyond.

Both in-person and online, student and adult visitors learn about the history of bias and discrimination against Jews and other minorities while considering what they can do to recognize and prevent hate in the present and future.
